 You are so like the geranium.

Both of you are strong, hearty

       and full of life.

You have grown right

      before our eyes.

And now you are in bloom

      ready to be transplanted

      to become a geranium

      in a classroom.

And a flowering geranium is

       what children need

       to have a

      great learning environment.

Keep your classroom a geranium garden

        full of beauty

       and the children will learn

       and grow.

And don't let

       the geranium part of you die.

When you need nourishment and

       care come back
