Addendum to my bucket List
The calendar and the stiffness of limbs
sounded the alert that it was time
to compose my bucket list.
Slowly and with a bit of limp
I went to my study and began to think
of all those life experiences I did not wish to miss.
As the list took shape the items
mentioned stretched to 21 pages
single-spaced in a small font.
With the help of my Kaiserization
I checked off the listed in the small box
on the left one by one until the list was completed.
Well almost. The intimate date with
the runner up for Miss America contest
was really a joke.
Completed Bucket List
and still feeling good
and life went on.
Unlisted trip to Kauai again,
a surprise week in Sonoma wince country
perhaps a secret revealed.
One lives as long as there are
unfinished items on the Bucket List,
so here I am back at listing.
Smarter this time with a longer list.
Wine tasting in Tuscany,
Lobster in Maine and fish tacos in Guadalajara
And the creative capstone.;
downsizing my wardrobe and library
and organizing my letter and photos
