Another Spring

another Fall

another rainbow

Another famine

another war

another epidemic

Many new heroes

many new heroines

many new villains

A war here

the same old war there

with a new trouble spot.

A lost pup

returned to smiling little girl.

The smell of roses

and the skim of snails

and jays burying acorns.

Every day a thousand changes and many more

for us to note.

We need to share

all of this and

so much more.

So little time

so much to consider
